The Center for Health and Social Services is a private facility that has been providing a Home for the Elderly as part of social services since April 2019 and a Home with a special regime since July 2020. Since September 2020, our center has expanded to include health aftercare services. We are one of the most modern facilities associated with health and social care. Our center has a total capacity of 110 beds, of which 55 medical beds and 55 social beds (43 beds of the Home for the Elderly and 12 beds of the Home with a special regime). We are located in a pleasant and quiet environment in the city district of Prague 13. We offer single and double rooms with private bathroom.

We emphasize the provision of quality social and health services for our clients / patients that promote autonomy and human dignity. We always treat the client / patient with respect and acknowledge his individual requirements. Activation and cultural programs for clients / patients and their families are also an essential part. We apply the recommended modern activating non-pharmacological approaches that support the independence of clients / patients. An essential part of our center is an outdoor park with a relaxation zone, which is used for relaxation, cultural events or a pleasant meeting with family members. The mission of the facility is to provide support and assistance with a complex of services to clients who, due to their age and state of health, find themselves in a situation where they need the help of another person in securing their living needs.

Health services

We are a private medical facility providing inpatient long-term nursing care. The main focus of the facility is the provision of temporary health care focused primarily on the treatment of acute conditions.
